Most of the build systems that we support require user authentication. Catlight app will collect your credentials, store them locally on your computer in an encrypted form, and send them directly to the build server. They are not sent, or stored on our servers. We try to avoid collecting passwords, and offer authentication methods based on OAuth2, tokens and integrated windows authentication.
Catlight apps also exchange information about build investigations using our online service. This information includes build ids and user names of people that are investigating the build.
