Second dashboard does not show items

TFS/Azure DevOps: When I create a new dashboard and assign different projects, no items (builds, releases, pull requests) are shown, but there are some in the project. If I assign the project items in the first dashboard, everything is shown corrent.

Filter settings are not changed, for default and action list. They are identical in every dashboard.

Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Can you double-check that the rules on the new dashboards will select the items that you expect? By default, the action list only selects items that need attention, like broken builds. And the watch list shows builds that you have started recently.

If the rules look fine, and you still don't see the items, please send us a diagnostic report so that we can investigate this further. To do this, click on the "Help and Feedback" menu -> Send diagnostic report to support.

Thanks for reaching back. I'm still new to the software, sorry for silly questions.
I did manage to get all items exept Pull Requests.

These are in Azure DevOps in the project I want to monitor (completely)

I've created a new list in my dashboard without any filters. It should display all PRs, doesn't it?

But the list shows nothing:

I've send a diagnostic report, hope this helps:

Many thanks in advance for investigating.

PRs that need your attention have blue status, so make sure to check the blue dot near the green one.

Thanks, I did that. But unfortunately no changes, still no pull requests displayed. I've activated all dots to be sure not to miss something.

I've send another diagnostic report, hope this helps.

CatLight will show pull requests if they are assigned to you or the team with you as a member.

Can you check that those pull requests match these criteria?

CL

Yes, all PRs shown in the screenshot are assigned to a review-team whom I am member of.

CL

Sorry for the late reply. Yes, maybe I'm getting this wrong. Builds are fine, only pull requests are missing. In one project I can see them, also from other developers, and in the other project I don't see them.

Because both filters were and are the same, I don't understand why. I've sent a diagnostic report last time, if this helps.

We didn't find a root cause yet, but there are some things we can check and try:

1. Does the project that does not show your pull requests have more than 200 active pull requests (regardless of whom they are assigned to)? CatLight pulls 200 PRs from each project and then filters them by user.

2. Does the PR appear in CatLight if it is assigned to you directly? You can assign it to yourself and do a refresh in the CatLight app to check.

3. For PRs that are assigned to a review team, are you a direct member of this team, or there are some intermediary teams like "review team"-> "other team" -> your account?

4. If you create a new dashboard with the default settings, and select your repos there, does it show the PRs?
